Customers may register to receive a range of SMS Alerts on the mobile phone number of their choice when certain activities occur on a nominated account.

This includes a host of alerts such as when*:

  • Immediate Own Transfer, Domestic Transfer, Transfer to Group or BPAY® payments are successful or unsuccessful;
  • Own Transfer, Doemstic Transfer, Transfer to Group or BPAY payments scheduled for a future date are successful or unsuccessful;
  • Your Password is changed;
  • Your Daily BPAY, Group Transfer, Overall Daily Limit or Domestic Transfer Limits are changed;
  • SMS Payment Authentication
