Dear Valued Customer, For many of us in the Banking Industry, these are extraordinary times. In fact, many of my younger colleagues have not experienced anything like it before Even during such extraordinary times, Arab Bank Australia is still continually working towards improving your service experience. It is our belief that superior service is the single most important ingredient to our success - providing long term benefits for our customers, our shareholders, our staff and the Australian community. Arab Bank Australia has just embarked on a new relationship with Australia Post that will see our customer’s overall banking experience enhanced. Now all new Arab Bank Australia customers can be identified at any Australia Post branch.This is in addition to fact that customers can make deposits at any NAB and our evolving internet banking facility, ensures that Arab Bank Australia’s great products and services are available to so many more people no matter where they may be throughout Australia. We have just completed the 2008 financial year figures and are pleased with our results. As we move further into 2009 we have further plans to extend this support. Australia Bank Australia Limited is a now a major sponsor of Opera Australia, and we will be the production sponsor of Opera Australia’s new production Aida, performing at the Sydney Opera House during the Sydney winter season, July - September. We also continue our support of the Millennium Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Westmead Millennium institute, for research into life threatening diseases. I know that there are tough times ahead for us all but I have faith we will learn from this experience professionally and personally.
